By downloading or using AceGCSE you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
AceGCSE is a study and revision tool offering lessons, practice questions, flashcards and progress tracking for GCSE subjects. It is provided as-is to support your revision.
Accounts
You can use the app anonymously or sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Pro access is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases, at the prices shown in the app.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- The lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no renewals.
- Purchases and refunds are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to circumvent purchases or access controls, or copy, resell or redistribute its content.
Content and exam boards
AceGCSE is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to AQA, Edexcel, Pearson, OCR, WJEC, Eduqas or any exam board. Content is provided to support revision and we do not guarantee any particular grade or exam outcome. Always check the current specification with your school or exam board.
Intellectual property
The app and its content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
